Get to Know Us
One Ummah Orphans (OUO) is a non-profit organization, with no association to any government or political groups. We are a diverse team of volunteers from different tribes and cultures who operate collectively as one ummah following the teachings of our beloved Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
OUO is solely funded through donations, zakaat, and sadaqah of generous individuals like you.
Our Mission
At One Ummah Orphans, our mission is simple – to feed, educate and support the poor, the needy and the orphans of Afghanistan. OUO’s goal is to construct durable solutions to poverty, hunger, and social injustice. Our network of volunteers attend to individuals and families in the poorest communities aiming to save lives by eliminating hunger, providing lifesaving medical care to those most in need, creating a nation free from illiteracy through education and achieving immediate and lasting change in their lives.
